One row per hotel that passed the check, verified against 2026 sources on 4 and 5 September 2026. Ready means the owner is confirmed and an outside operator (a lease, a franchise or a management agreement) is open in the building today. Licensed means the hotel or its management company staffs and runs the room under an outside chef's or brand's name; a different deal shape. Verify means an outside name is in the building but the operating structure is not yet confirmed. In transition means the restaurant facts hold and the hotel is changing hands. Every other hotel in the count runs its restaurant in-house today.

How this was built

The count. The 14 hotels were enumerated in August 2026 from the state liquor licence file, the regional lodging association's member list and press coverage, then filtered to full-service properties in the North Shore, East Valley and Cape Bell regions. Every hotel where a second licensee sat at the hotel's street address, or where an outside name was reported in the building, was then checked against the hotel's own dining page, the restaurant's own site, the licence file and current listings, most recently on 5 September 2026. 4 have an outside operator running the restaurant today, 1 is a licensed chef deal on a hotel-run room, 1 has an operating structure still being confirmed, and 1 is changing hands. Every other hotel in the count runs its restaurant in-house today.

The owners. Owners were taken from the county parcel record, then unmasked by matching the deed LLC's tax mailing address to a corporate office, and cross-checked against the state corporate registry, annual reports for public owners and the owners' own portfolio pages. Where a county system was form-gated or unreachable, the row says so instead of guessing.

What is not on this page. No contacts, no phone numbers, no email addresses, no pricing and no terms. Any hotel whose owner or restaurant could not be verified says so in its row or stays out of the table.

Ownership moves. Every row here is re-checked against the county record, the hotel's own site and current listings before any contact is made.
